Founded in 1988 as a subsidiary of Elsewedy Group International (SGI) which was established in the late 40's in Egypt. JCC is the manufacturing arm of El Sewedy establishment (ESE) which began its electrical distribution business during the early 60's in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. From a one plant beginning JCC has now grown to 5 plants exporting to 15 different countries, employing 700 people.

Job description

• Coach and Supervise customer Service Officers 
• Receive and control SOPA (sales order production acknowledgment) file from Business Management department 
• Maintain a healthy and productive relationship with current and potential JCC (Jeddah Cable Company) Customers 
• Receive Customers Complaints and Technical enquirers and resolve them with help of the concerned departments (QC, Production, Planning ) 
• Conduct regular Meeting and Visits to customers in order to enhance the service level 
• Arrange for Pre- shipment customer inspections (when required) and follow-up shipment releases and delivery to customers


Qualifications

• Engineering Degree preferred Electrical Engineer 
• Have at least 8 years Experience in Manufacturing Filed 
• Sales or Customer service Background 
• Fluent in English 
• Micro Soft Office Application 
• Time Management 
• Communication Skills
