Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and requests

• Act as a single point of contact between the Corporate Banking Group and internal business partners when researching and resolving issues

• Prioritize issues and follow-up in a timely manner

• Support RMs and promote corporate banking products

• Prepare management reports


Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree

• Minimum 3 years experience in customer service and financial services industry

• Thorough understanding of trade Finance, Lending Process and Account related matters

• Ability to serve customers at the highest level of proficiency

• Coherent communication skills in Arabic and English

• Knowledge of Islamic Banking

• Experience in hospitality or services industry is a plus
