Responsibilities:
1. In the absence of the Manager and fulfills set requirement of the Contact Centre
2. Manage, support, and assist in the administration of the CISCO phone system and all its related activities
3. Monitors, create and update all relevant reports of the section, and support in any required documentation
4. Create and implement shifts rooster for all type of calls
