Requirements:
#Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in the field of customer service, preferably in warehousing environment.
#Strong knowledge of MS Office.
#Ability to control conflict situations and consistency in follow up and follow through.
#Spoken & written skills in Arabic and English.
#Data entry skills to exceed 30 words per minute.
#Good working knowledge of Kuwait geographical areas.
