Must have completed more than large SI projects (with high degree of complexity) in his career.
Managed projects with moderate or limited oversight by his manager.
The Delivery Manager will require limited Supervision; he would take the initiative, follow the work plan, check progress against objectives, and report/escalate any deviation. .
Excellent communication skills; report writing and group facilitation;
Very good program management skills to develop and direct multiple resources
Ability to initiate and direct technical/infrastructure projects.
Analytical thinking; business judgment; business innovation; and forward thinking.
