Major Responsibilities include:
-Identify all the claims denied or underpaid by payors
-Perform the audit requests on denials well
-Prepare the appeal letters properly
-Analyse and report the underpayments and denials
-Categorize the denied claims based on root cause analysis.
Requirements:
-Appropriate academic qualifications needed
-Minimum 2 years of experience in hospital billing, collections or claims.
-Experience in reconciling patient accounts and managing contracts.
-Excellent Problem solving skills
-Critical analysis skills
