Job Description:

1.To lead and manage a team of professional draftsmen. 2.To develop designs from project specifications. 3.To allocate, prioritize and check work of a team of draftsmen. 4.To check and evaluate design and material specifications for tender. 5.To prepare and check material data sheets and coordinate with procurement engineer to select materials. 6.To document, record and report on meetings, progress of jobs and construction completions from design & validation reports from Project Engineers. 7.To incorporate feed back from projects and customers for design clarification and modifications during the development and construction project phases.

Profile:

01.Bachelor of Engineering ( Mechanical ) 02.5 – 10 years of experience in Design of Heat Exchanger 03.Experience in Mechanical Design of Heat Exchanger 04.Strong capability in related codes ASME and TEMA 05. Knowledge with API 660, API 661 and ANSI Codes. 06. Experience in utilize software for mechanical calculations 07.Checking Shop Drawings of Heat Exchangers 08.Detailed Design including material specifications 09.Liaison with Customer regarding technical issues. 10.Adherence to procedures, codes and standards. 11.Software knowledge:•AutoCAD 2006, 2007, 2008, CATIA V5 •PV Elite-2008, Aspen HTFS + 2004.2 by Aspen tech.(Built 6-Apr-2006), Compress Build 6249•M.S. Office.

Education: Basic - Bachelor of Technology/Engineering
