Requirement:
  • Associate degree in Computer Science or Equivalent is required Specialized training information technology is preferred
  • Minimum IT hardware and software experience of 2 years 
  • Break/fix experience Hardware and software support/troubleshooting Document processes and procedures for maintenance and support
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
