We have an immediate opening for desktop support Engineer.

Qualification Requirements:

= Must be a degree holder.

= Good Knowledge on hardware.

= Should be able to perform Installation, setup,

configuration and maintenance of OS .

= Strong understanding of applications support,

MS outlook or outlook express.

= Knowledge of active directory concepts and adminstration.

= Good analytical and problem solving skills.

= Must provide technical support to desktop related issues.
