Job Description Oversees the activities of management and provides overall leadership for the bank. Collaborate with the Chief executive officer /Dy.CEO in establishing objectives, plans, and policies. Convenes and presides at meetings of the institution's Board of Directors., Selects, monitors, and evaluates senior management. Establishes and monitors business strategies/plan and policies commensurate with best interests of customers, shareholders and employees. Ensure monitoring compliance with the laws and regulations applicable to the bank and report to the Chairman of Board of Supervisors thereon. . He will also be responsible for capacity development of the staff of the Bank.
Desired Candidate's Profile
Profile Candidates having 15 to 20 years experience in the Banking medium to large sized banking institution including at Senior level for minimum 5 years and having exposure to all fields of general banking, treasury, credit, Risk management, computerized/CBS banking, monitoring and reporting compliance with the Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements, etc.

Education Basic - Bachelor of Business Administration ( Management ) , Bachelor of Commerce ( Commerce ) , PG - Chartered Accountant , MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt
