Job description
 Realize marketing and sales strategy for the RIEC
 Acquisition of events (e.g. trade fairs, congresses, exhibitions) as well as customer support
 Devising marketing and project strategies and further developing products in cooperation with the Set up and optimise the organisational and personnel structures to ensure efficient operational processes by using SOP [Standard operation procedures]
 Contact to and acquisition of existing and new customers and events as well as care and expansion of customer relations with key accounts
 Coordinating and agreeing dates for all guest events and trade fairs in the area of responsibility in coordination with the departments concerned
 Taking part in national and international sales-exchange meetings, preparing visits of competitors and set up internet marketing strategy for RIEC
Qualifications
 Master degree/MBA/certified qualification
 5 years experience
 Management, marketing and sales know-how
 Experienced trade fair skills
 Organizational abilities
 Basic technical know-how
 Intercultural background/knowledge
 IT affiliated
 Basic economic know-how
 Team leading experience
 Background in the trade show / event management
 High level of customer and service orientation and ability to deduce measures from the knowledge obtained via exhibitors and partners.
 Communication and presentation skills at all management levels
