Job Category: Commercial and special vehicles division manager. 

Job Description: 

To succeed as the Division Manager you must have a proven record of Commercial automotive sales, and keen to motivate your sales staff to get out there and exceed their targets. 

- Proven leadership and ability to drive sales team 
- Determine the competency of industry and services offered against competitors 
- Managing the daily sales operation and planning 
- Identify potential customer and how to win them 
- Expanding our contact out of new and existing clients 
- Ability to achieve goals and obtain expected quotas 
- Advise their sales representatives on ways to improve their sales performance 
- Direct company sales program 
- Coordinates the marketing strategy to sales staff and facilitate it in terms of quality service to existing and potential customers

Skills:

Minimum Qualifications: 

Administration and Management -- Proficiency in Commercial Automotive business and application of management strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, coordination of people and Strong Leadership Skill, and Excellent Sales & Customer Service Ability.

Required Experience: 

- Minimum 5 years UAE experience in the same field. 
- Computer literate. Written & spoken English, knowledge of Arabic would be added advantage 
- Communication skills. 
- Report writing skills. 
- Interpersonal skills. 
- Managerial and Technical knowledge 
- Experienced with local authority works and specifications. 
- Attention to detail
