Requirements:
v Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
v Good keyboard and IT skills, MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
v Excellent organisation and administration skills e.g. knowledge of indexing, filing, record keeping systems and quality control.
v Good command of both written and spoken English.
v Must have Aconex experience.
v Min 5 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities:
v Dating, stamping drawings.
v Using Excel to maintain issue sheets.
v Using Adobe Acrobat to create combined PDF drawing sets as well as scanning of documents into PDF format fordistribution.
v Uploading project documents and drawings via Aconex in a timely manner.
v Ensure complete documentations are obtained and to circulate to all team members.
v Monitor latest information uploaded and to inform all team members.
v Maintaining a hard copy reference library of
all documentation which ensures quick and easy retrieval of information. Candidates with UAE resident VISA & NOC may send
their detailed resume with picture, stating current and expected salary.
