Job Description :
Co-ordinate with field engineers for preparation of master schedule progress. Read and interpret engineering and architectural plans and specifications.Monitoring of projects under execution, forecasting, trend analysis and resource planning. Estimation of costs of construction, extension, alteration, remodeling, or repair and analysis of basic cost information.Independently liaise with top class consultants, clients, specialist subcontractors and government authorities on a daily basis. Technical supervision of project designated structural designers and draftsmen in the execution of their duties. Review weekly structural progress and expenditure reports on a project specific basis and provide feedback to the management. Benchmark structural design/draft to identify areas of improvements. Quality Assurance - Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the Project. Safety - Responsible for personal safety safe working practices for the Project. Understand and follow OH&S procedures.
Qualification :
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering /B. Arch.
Min. 10 years in planning of Commercial & Industrial civil projects Min 5 years of UAE experience essential
