JOB DESCRIPTION

Required by a leading Saudi Company (based in Riyadh), specialized in the operations of real estate.

Requirements:

*Bachelor Degree of Engineering (Electro Mechanical).

*Must have 5 years experiece with building operations, shopping malls, commercial buildings, office complexes (in a lead role).

*Good knowledge of MS Windows, ACAD and experience with computerized maintenance systems.
