Only diploma / degree holder in Civil or Architectural Engineering may apply for this post. Minimum 3 years of prior experience in estimation and quantity surveying in turnkey fit-out, joinery & FF&E works for hospitality, commercial or residential projects is required. Need the ability to identify price variations and assist the contracts department upon request in invoicing of variations.
