Applicants should be a bachelor degree holder in computer science / engineering or IT. Work experience of 3 to 4 years in a similar environment is required. Should possess excellent knowledge in MS Exchange Server 2007 and 2010. Should be a Microsoft certified candidate. Only transferable Iqama holders are need to apply. Key responsibilities to be performed by this post are :

> Assists with ensuring the availability of email servers and applications.

> Configuring new implementations.

> Developing processes and procedures for ongoing management of the server environment. 

> Diagnoses, resolves and documents hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion

> Provide end user training and support where required. 

> Handle tickets, requests, and inquiries.
