 Executive Assistant to the Chairman 



Principal responsibilities / duties:


• The position requires a complete dedication and understanding of the requirements. 
• Maintain a good level of confidentiality and safeguarding of management decisions. 
• Ability to prepare different kind of reports for Chairman 
• Keep good level of communication and follow up with staff on administrative issues 
• Coordinate and maintain records for Chairman Office 
• Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences 
• Maintain and follow-up Chairman's schedules 
• Scheduling of meetings, correspondence treatment and back office management 
• Other duties as assigned by the Chairman 



Skills:


• Arabic and English (speak - read - write) should be very good. 
• Minimum 5 - 7 years related experience 
• Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft tools 
• Should be well versed with Internet usage 
• Smart & Presentable 
• Transferable residency (Visa 18). 



Educational Qualification:


• Preference will be given to Master's Degree but minimum requirement is Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
