The reputed client is interested in hiring an Executive Director Of Continuing Education. He will report into the Assistant Vice President Academic Affairs. The Executive Director of the CE is responsible for the overall strategic direction, growth and expansion of the continuing education portfolio of professional programs and advisory services. He or she will lead and mentor the CE team of directors in putting together focused strategies for marketing, programs development and accreditation. He/she should be comfortable communicating at the highest level within private and public sectors, possesses strong and dynamic leadership and has a passion for life-long learning.

Skills:

The candidate will be responsible to Identify and design a model/strategy for the provision professional development programs. He will also be required to provide leadership in the selection, design and development of a portfolio of accredited programs that appeal to wide range of a client-base Build and maintain mutual partnerships with key local and international institutions and ensure that all M.O.Us are evaluated and activated. The candidate would be required to manage and monitor the CE financial budget as per guidelines. As the Executive director of CE his leadership qualities and experience in leading and mentoring people will be critical in attracting, retaining talented employees, and creating a positive environment for creativity and teamwork. Evaluating the CE staff using proven and effective management techniques and within the guidelines of College policies and procedures
