EXECUTIVE SECRETARY

Urgently require an experienced Executive Secretary in Qatar.

Job Details:

* Making arrangements for Meetings and Organizing Invitations
  received from internal and external sources.

* Maintaining Registers, Files and Reminders.

* Preparation of Presentations including technical and strategic.

* Drafting of letters, Mails, Note to File, Internal Memos etc . 

* Coordinating with vendors/suppliers to procure quotations when required.


Job Requirements:

* More than Fifteen years of experience in Qatar.

* Degree holder.

* Needs to be proficient in MS Office.

* Knowledge in recruitement,govt policies.
Experience Range 14 to 15 Years
