Job Description:

A reputable company is looking for an

Qualification Requirements:

• A Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, 
PowerPoint presentations.

• Has at least five years experience as a high-level 
executive secretary in a reputable organization.

• Excellent typing skills in order to complete typing 
assignments quickly and accurately (English is a must, 
Arabic is added value).

• Ability to read write and prepare, edit and proofread 
business correspondence and prepare reports.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills, 
telephone and interpersonal skills, organizational 

• Familiarity with engineering terminology preferred

• Ability to operate following equipment: computer, 
photocopy machine, fax machine, typewriter, word 
processor, telephone, and other standard office 

• Transferable visa is a must.
