Required for experinced Executive Secretary in Qatar.

  Job Details:
  
       * To assist in day to day activities of President.

       * Prepare MIS Reports on time and present to the
          President periodically.

       * Receive and relay telephone messages for the President.

       * Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.

Job Requirements:

      * Excellent in Administration & Interaction Skills.
    
      * Dynamic Personality & Should be able to work Under Pressure.

      * Well Versed in all MS Office Application, Including Outlook Express.

      * Minimum of 2 years experience in similar role.
