Job Details:
-Manage the daily activities in respect of Health and Safety, Quality and programme.
-Manage the costs associated with the works, and any variations should they arise.
-Procurement of subcontractors for post completion works.
-Investigate into latent defects and offer engineered solutions where necessary.
Requirements:
*Appropriate academic qualifications
*Knowledge of UAE building regulations
*Good awareness of UAE H&S construction laws
*High-end Commercial / Mixed Use building construction experience
*Good financial controlling skills
