Job Details:
Key Responsibilities are:
-Manage the various government authorities such as the civil defense, municipality and other relevant govt bodies to ensure all operating requirements for all Company property and accommodation meets legislation and standards of the UAE.
-Oversee the cleaning, maintenance and refurbishments to all properties, including staff accommodation, company offices and training centers.
-Properly manage all leases, contracts and landlord relationships related to the company sites.
Requirements:
*Appropriate academic qualifications
*Minimum 5 years experience in managing multi-site accommodation in a managerial position (UAE experience will be an advantage)
*Excellent English communication skills (both verbal & written)
*Excellent managerial abilities
