Issue, coordinate and input the budgets for the group, in liaison with the business units and the management.
Guaranty the flow of information or instructions between the subsidiary businesses and corporate HQ.
Variance analysis and interpretation of financial results.
Responsible for financial reconciliations.
Issue, coordinate and input the budget and reforecast in the deadline provided by the subsidiaries for corporate HQ..Involved in financial analysis, trend analysis and forecasting process, as required. Involved in the development and implementation of financial procedures and control tools.
Ensuring compliance with corporate and legislative standards.
Overseeing cashflow management and investment of surplus funds.
Reviewing financial and operational performance.
Preparing financial statements and reports and management information reports. Coordinating annual audit with external auditors.
Qualifications & Expereinces: Chartered Accountant / ACA / CPA.10+ Years post qualification experience.
Technically very strong IFRS.
Experienced in Implementation of processes and controls.
Ideally worked in a corporate HQ environment with subsidiaries.
Strong on Controls, Policies and Procedures.
Industrial / manufacturing environment.
Expert in Great Plains ERP system.
