Job Description:
Our client, a top Global FMCG multinational organisation, with strong presence in the food, dairy and nutrition industry, currently seeks a Finance Director to join their expanding regional team.
This is a phenomenal opportunity to join one of the fastest growing organizations in this these industries in a leadership regional MENA role.
Based in Dubai, reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of the company’s operations. You will provide leadership and coordination in the strategic direction, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of the company. This is the most senior finance role covering the entire Middle East and Africa Business and you will lead a finance team of 15 people. You will lead their coaching, development and capability growth to ensure you have the right people in the right place to deliver the strategic plans over the next 3 to 5 years. On a wider note you will sit on the top management board and will represent the company externally to media, government agencies, funding agencies and the general public.
