Finance Manager (Real Estate industry) is required by Purple Square recruitment consultancy (Dubai, UAE)
Job Details:
-Responsible for management of the Accounting, Finance, MIS and Compliance functions
-Corporate Accounting, Forecasting, Planning, Payables and Treasury teams in accounting, banking, MIS and Audit functions by maintaining and providing transaction details and documentary supports relating to the above mentioned business verticals.
-Working closely with the business unit heads and senior managers advising them on the financial aspects of the business decisions taken and business plans projected
-Assisting commercial management in Finance, Accounting and MIS areas
Requirements:
*Bachelors Degree or MBA is required
*CPA or CA certification
*15 Years of PQE experience in Accounting, Finance Management and MIS in large organizations preferably engaged in Real Estate development in Dubai
*Prior experience in Change Management, Stream lining Governance
*Familiarity with International Accounting & Reporting Standards
*Previous Senior Finance Manager experience within Dubai
*Expertise in large ERP systems like SAP
