Job description

 - Assisting in mentoring and evaluates lead time for product items to reach Al Shaqab store. 
- Ensure sufficient inventories of all supplies are maintained to account for regular and special needs. 
- Maintains and updates databases containing information related to Al Shaqab Finance. 
- Deposits payments received in the relevant bank account,develop payment receipt and send them to QF finance for reconciliation after approval from Al Shaqab head of finance & Administration .


Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Finance with 5+ years experience working in a equine financial environment 
- High communication and interpersonal skills 
- Team Player with the mathematical and analytical skills 
- Problem solving skills
