A international outsourcing, and consulting company is now looking for a Financial Analyst.
REQUIREMENTS:
> Applicants should be a university degree holder or equivalent.
> Work experience of at least 3 years in financial controlling, accounting or business controlling is needed.�
> Having professional accounting qualification and an understanding of US GAAP will be an advantage.
> Should possess highly developed analytical skills.
> Need excellent skills in Excel.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Providing day to day financial controlling support.
> Managing the outsourced processes such as accounts payable, general accounting and payroll.
> Supporting internal controls, policy implementation, supporting budgeting process, financial processes and delivering insightful P&L reporting and analysis.
> Ensuring integrity of the compliance with corporate and local policies and procedures.
> Headcount analysis and headcount reporting, Payroll related accounting and accruals and final correctness�
of all payroll, EOS and people cost related lines in P/L.
> Leading the close process and payroll process with outsourced functions.
> Liaising with external auditors and tax consultants for annual filing in the GCC countries.
