Job Details:
•Make out the business and use good judgment to guide it, mobilize people to take action, using creative approaches to motivate others to meet organizational goals.
•Maintain good business relations with current and existing clients, and expand the customer base by identifying potential clients.
•Develop business plan and sales strategy that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
•Direct annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas by projecting expected sales volume and profit
•Analyzing trends and results; establishing strategies
•Meet financial objectives by forecasting requisites
•Preparing annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances etc.
Requirements:
-Engineering Degree (Mechanical/Chemical)
-MBA is considered as a plus.
-Minimum 5 years of senior managerial experience in the Middle East / GCC.
-Experience in fabrication shop (prefabrication, modules, skids, piping, pressure vessels, etc.) for Oil & Gas projects is a necessity
-Fluency in English (both written & spoken); Arabic is a plus.
