Job Description Responsible for the General management of the Company within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and rest of the world, if required
Major Role and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for General Management, administration, Development and Control of the Company and its related ventures if any
• Responsible for Formulating, Implementing & Controlling the Policies, Procedures & Manual of the Company
• Responsible for preparing the Organizational Structure, Planning & Projecting Manpower requirements and preparing Job Specification, Job Description for every position as reflected in the approved Organization Structure.
• Responsible for Selecting, Inducting, Orienting, Developing, Motivating & rewarding of the Total Workforce within the company. Responsible for the Financial Performance of the Company in terms of overall Profitability and continuous Growth in Top Line & Bottom Line and ensuring positive Cash Flow.
• Responsible for formulating and implementing strategic & business plans for the company.
• Responsible for maintaining and building customer relationship.
• Responsible for contacting the centralized functions within the Holding Company to obtain their services.
• Responsible for liaising with the Management of other SBUs within the group on various relevant issues.
Desired Candidate's Profile
Profile Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT (preferably with MBA with specialization in General Management) or a Graduate in any Discipline with relevant experience.
Experience
• 12-15 years out of which 5-7 years must have been in the similar position with reputed medium to large scale organization/s
Language
• Arabic Language (understand, read, write, speak)
Preferably should Understand, Read, Write and Speak Arabic Language fluently
Education Basic - Bachelor of Technology/Engineering , Bachelors in Computer Application ( Computers )
