Job Description
job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
1. Special competency in Metal Coil Coating.
2. Procurement of Metal Coils through hedging LME, developing sources by researching & visiting.
3. To provide total budget of the Company to the Management Committee.
4.To provide the Management Committee with full financials.
5.Control Costs & Outflows.
6.Manage the entire workforce.
7.Act as an overall Incharge of the Company operations.
8.Report to MD as per pre-decided MIS.
9.Liaise with Local Bodies as and when required.
10.Coordinate with sponsor’s representative.
11.Decide marketing strategies & pricing for the coated products.
12.Take meetings with core team to review, discuss and plan strategies for achieving targets set.
13.Motivate the staff to get optimum results.
14.To ensure good quality standards of the products are maintained through implementation of QA/QC procedures & standards.
15.Develop new products through innovation.
16.Monitor the production of all divisional activities.
17.To achieve overall excellent performance of the Company in exceeding set targets.
Desired Candidate's Profile
Profile The successful candidate will be a Mechanical Engineer / Metallurgical Engineer from reputed College / University like IITs & RECs. Candidate should have previous experience of leading and supervising a team within the manufacturing industry. Candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills and will have the ability to build good relationship with the customers.
Experience 15 - 25 years
Education Basic - Bachelor of Technology/Engineering ( Mechanical , Metallurgy )
Nationality Indian
