A major Bahraini Financial Institution is looking to hire a
HEAD OF COLLECTIONS AND RECOVERIES
to manage its receivable portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a Bahraini national and Collections specialist with 5 - u o years experience at a supervisory level within a retail bank,,, similar institution.
The ability to lead and motivate a team of approximately 20 staff and to communicate effectively with senior managers as well as members of the public is a critical competency.
A high premium will be placed on creativity and initiative in developing new and effective management controls and processes.
