A well reputed bank in middle east is looking for suitable candidates for the post of Head of Customer Relationship Management to join their team in Oman. Applicants should be a University degree holder in Banking and Finance or similer discipline. Work experience of minimum 12 years in a same position in a bank in GCC is required. Having a professional IT certifications will be beneficial. In this position you will be responible for :
> Leading the CRM project from conceptualization to implementation.
> Perform statistical analysis on large customer data samples, generate reports and develop leads to generate sales.
> Play lead role in evaluating and implementing new CRM technologies and development plans.
> Work with IT development resources to integrate CRM with other applications.
> Utilize CRM to sell products and services through  electronic channels, call centre and branches.
> Define the feedback loop for evaluating the performance of CRM system in place.
