JOB DESCRIPTION

Required for an International Investment Bank in UAE.

Requirements:

•Candidate must have loan syndication experience.

•Must be Vice President or Director level and have previous experience working with the origination of high yield bonds in a DCM origination capacity in the Gulf region.

•Be familiar with conducting due diligence, drafting and negotiating term sheets, identifying new business opportunities, performing credit analysis, supporting due diligence and preparing credit proposals.

•Fluency in English.
