Job Specifications:
We are looking for a Head of Finance for our high-end retail business in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will plan, develop, and control all financial aspects related to the business. The role will include short and long term budgeting/strategic planning, cash flow forecasting and management, managing revenue and capital expenditures, short and long term project profitability, and maintaining banking relationships. It will report to the Head of Business, with dotted lines into corporate headquarters.
Candidate Profile:
• Deep knowledge of the business and industry drivers.
• Qualified accountant i.e. LIMA, ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of Saudi tax and Zukav laws, and banking systems.
• Good knowledge of end-to-end business processes and internal controls.
• Good knowledge of IFRS (and local Generally Accepted Accounting Policies).
• Proven capability to communicate, influence, and manage complex issues.
• Minimum 10 years experience in financial management, with at least Three to four years in high-end retailing.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment.
• High attention to detail and ability to work within stringent deadlines.
