Investment arm of a leading Saudi bank is looking for a Head of Finance to work closely with Deputy CEO and Group Finance (CFO) function to carry out and manage key finance and reporting duties and responsibilities across the investment business (Asset Management / Brokerage and Corporate Finance / Investments).
Qualifications
This will include preparation and monitoring of budget/variance for various business and support units. Preparation of company’s periodical – monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual financial statements, responsible for tax/zakat of company;
Other related financial reporting matters. To qualify you should have 3 - 5 years in a related field and have working experience in Saudi or GCC countries and be proficient in English is a must and Arabic preferred. A results orientated and committed individual with ability to work at senior level and gain a full understanding of company is also key, CA/CPA or at least an Accounting degree qualification is required.
