HEAD OF PROCUREMENT

This is an excellent opportunity to join a manufacturing company in Bahrain as Head of Procurement.

You will manage the procurement team, ensure the procurement system is being followed, liaise with suppliers and set up relationships with new suppliers.

A large part of this role is cost negotiation, finding new suppliers and vendors, contract management and ensuring all procurement for the business is done in line with specific cost requirements.

You will liaise with sales as to how much is required for each material, etc.. To ensure optimal materials and ][I 'Management is implemented.

To work to the highest level of ethics.

Excellent communication skills are essential. Good knowledge of ERP / IT system will be an added advantage.
