	Arab Banking corporation required an experienced Programme Manager who will  implement strategic plans in accordance with ABC change initiateves by ensuring tracking, coordination, and issue resolution.
Qualification / Experience
* Bachelor degree from recognized Unviersity
* a minimum of 10 years expereicne in Banking with Programme Management emphasis ; and
* Strong appreciation and understanding of Bank's financials.
 
Role :
Key programme management responsibilities include; creating clear and attainable programme and project objectives, building the project requirements, and managing the constraints for projects - time, cost and scope.
* Work with external consultants;
* Drive effective planning for ABC initiatives;
* Track and monitor progress of initiatives including budget management;
* Communicate progress, escalate risks and issue, recommend adjustments to strategy and ensure regular communication of progress with senior management ;
* fully support ABC initiative leaders in clear planning and budgeting and maintain regular internal reports of progress against targets;
* Assist initiative leaders in transfer and sharing of knowledge, information and documents;
* Work with senior management and support functions to communicate and coordinate resources and infrastructure for efficient running of initiatives;
