JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirements:
-Masters degree in Finance or Banking.
-Minimum 12 years of relevant banking experience 
*at least 5 years at a senior managerial position in retail banking in an Islamic bank or Islamic banking department in the GCC is preffered

Responsibilities:
Guidance in the formulation and implementation of retail strategies.
Establish product sales targets and business objectives for retail banking products.
Lead and manage the branch network in the delivery of 
excellent service to customers.
Ensure strict compliance with Sharia guidelines and minimize audit observations in retail business.
Monitor resolution of branch customer complaints and ensure that customer Service levels adhere to standards.
