Job Description:
The ideal candidate has manage the Business Development team to implement business development initiatives as well as liaise with content and technological partners.
Responsibilities:
• Encourage quality business growth and achievement of sales targets.
• Create sales opportunities through attraction, expansion and retention initiatives.
• Implement Business Development activities to increase awareness of the banks products and services.
• Maintain and grow the market share in the Auto Loans, Personal Loans, Credit Cards and Mortgage Loans.
• Monitor market developments and competitor activities and initiate appropriate action based on comparisons.
• Ensure that the bank remains competitive in the retail arena with respect to Business Development in Bahrain.
Requirements:
• University degree in Banking and Finance or equivalent.
• At least 2 - 3 years of similar managerial experience in sales and business development in a bank in the GCC.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected with proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
