Job description
- Managing Career Development Programs for the staff.
- Working with top management to develop and implement succession planning processes throughout the management structure
- Providing overall guidance to training and development activities for the whole organization
- Managing external consultants to assist in the design and delivery of training & development programs for the organization.
- Working with management and the group HR function to identify current and future talent development needs.
- Developing programs to identify and assess potential senior management talent in the organisation
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge and experience in the development and administration of assessment centres
- Experience in development of talent management programs
- Understanding of the Succession Planning process and practical experience of taking a lead role in its implementation
- Relevant college degree
- At least 5 years of experience working in this specialist HR role (talent development) in a large (>1,000 employee) organisation
- Exposure to modern international standards of HR / Talent Development best practice
