Job Summary: Responsible for conceiving of and delivering on a training and development policy and strategy aligned with the goals and objectives of the company. Plans, supervises and implements the overall training and development programs for Company. Includes planning and administering training courses, supervising the preparation and arrangement for courses, instructional and educational materials and training venue. Supervises the maintenance of training and development records. Evaluates courses and arranges for the procurement of in house instructors as well as participating in selection of outside training courses and instructors. Oversees the design and development of training and development programmes based on the company’s and individual needs.
Minimum Requirements: 1. B.A. in Business Administration or equivalent degree. 2. 8 years’ broad experience in Training & Development 3. Knowledge of and experience with multiple learning delivery channels. 4. Fluency in English and Arabic. 5. Must be computer literate.
Education: Basic - Bachelor of Arts , Bachelor of Business Administration ( Management )
