•Applicant should have minimum 5 years experience.
-Provide administrative support within the human resources function such as the administration of benefits, the maintenance of the personnel database etc.
-Calculate earnings from timesheets, production records or individuals time records, including overtime or shift payments.
-Deal with routine queries from employees in the first instance.
-Handle all legal matters and be the contact person with local authorities.
-Coordinate with Regional Human Resources function all HR matters related to recruitment, people development and ongoing HR projects.
