A leading company in the food industry has vacancy for a HR Advisor. All the applicants should be an MBA / other master’s degree in HR or Personnel Management. Relevant work experience of at least 7 is required,out of this 2 - 3 years should be in a similar role. Should possess knowledge about Oman's labor law and other relevant legislation. Having work experience in specialized areas like HR strategy development, job evaluation, competency mapping, training evaluation, succession planning, etc. will be great beneficial.
