Our client, based in Abu Dhabi is currently in need of a Female HR Generalist. Her duties and responsibilities are to provide
expert advice, guidance and instructions on their policies and procedures to employees across all management levels. Ensure
HR activities are legally compliant with UAE Labour Law. Organize the HR helpdesk rota and participate weekly in the HR
Helpdesk. Answer all questions and manage and resolve difficult internal customer service enquiries. Help resolve employee
relations disputes between line managers and direct reports e.g. disciplinary and under performance by following and
enforcing the appropriate HR Handbook processes. Ideal candidate must have Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar,
CIPD will be an advantage. Minimum 5 years generalist work experience in a busy private sector Human Resources department in
the UAE is required. Our client preferred European nationals.
