JOB DESCRIPTION:
> Applicants must be a University graduate.
> Preference to applicants with MBA in relevant field.
> Work experience of at least 10 years in a similar position in reputed companies is needed.
> Fluent oral and written communication skills in Arabic and English is needed.
> Need excellent communication and coordination skills to carry out duties
> Should be well versed with Bahrain's labour and employment laws.
> Need thorough work knowledge of computers.
> Skills in ERP systems will be an advantage.
> Should possess strong knowledge and exposure to various HR disciplines including manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, learning & development, employee relations etc..
