A  prestigious Middle East based bank is looking for a HR Manager to  requires to Join our team in Bahrain.

Responsibilities:

♦ Recruitment and Selection /Training and Development.
♦ Implement HR processes and policies to meet business needs.
♦ Provide HR generalist support to the business and run necessary HR administration.
♦ Ensure resourcing, reward, learning and employee relations requirements of the business are met.
♦ Develop terms and conditions, handbooks, procedures etc to familiarize everyone with the organizational culture.
 
Requirements:

♦University degree in Business Administration, ideally with a specialization in HR.
♦More than 8 years of relevant experience in the HR field in a bank in the GCC
