Job Details :
* Do continuous branch visits to create HR visibility and resolve
the problems & query of employees.
* Engage employee in various employee engagement
activities and create the belongings for the organization.
* Actively participate into sales RnR program and promote
a healthy culture in the organization.
* Reduce employee grievance & close absconding, termination
cases on high priority.
Job Requirements :
* Bachelors Degree holder.
* Good knowledge of MS Office.
* Strong verbal and written english skills.
* Minimum of 5 years of prior Human Resource.
