Job Details:
Main job Duties:
-Develop and implement an organisational wide HR strategy that aligns with the Company's vision and its current and long-term business objectives
-Ensure all Human Resource activities and programs are implemented in accordance with the Company's HR strategy
-Manage and share HR policies and support in recruitment, training, compensation, remuneration and profit
-Manage and review staff relocation within the group
-Verify the current HR policies and procedures to develop and communicate fresh policies

Requirements:
-Minimum 7 years of experience at an equivalent HR Management level role within the UAE
-Must have previous experience in recruitment for all job levels including non-exempt & exempt posts.
-Solid HR Generalist knowledge and proven ability
-Thorough knowledge of UAE labor laws
-Excellent communication, presentation
-Having high organizational skills.
Experience Range 08 to 08 Years
